My sweet tooth is oh so happy  . When I was a kid I can remember chocolate twinkies. Yup, chocolate sponge cake with the white cream filling. I think it was a test market thing because they didn't last long.

The article in today's USA Today didn't mention chocolate cupcakes, but did say that Orange Cupcakes will be in stores in August.
