Ulu Knife & Bowl

We bought one of these in 1998 when we were visiting our son stationed in Anchorage and TOWTA says she doesn't know how she got along without one. They are fantastic for cutting stuff for salads, meats, pizza etc.

8'' Bowl with Inupiat Ulu of your choice

I have a double bladed one like that and love it. I use it when I want to finely chop herbs.
