What are you drinking tonight?

This is a fun topic I contribute to on another forum...let's hear what you're drinking tonight; post up positives and/or negatives about today's flavor and anything else you care to share.

I'm a bourbon guy, particularly single barrel variations. But, I do indulge in other whiskeys and will add to this thread on a weekly basis.

Tonight's flavor is Four Roses Single Barrel, which I've drank a few bottles of in the past. It is a very flavorful bourbon and has some kick to it at 100 proof. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good bourbon and not too pricey at under $40Click image for larger version

Being in the avoid alcohol abuse camp that defines the abuse as spilling a dring....

I'm working on emptying the last bottle of whiskey left from my last marriage. Not great stuff, 5 Star, American Blended Whiskey. Bought by my uncle from his favorite "church" at, I understand, lower than retail prices...

It is SO GOOD, I mix it with Vernors.

That’s a terrific job for you.

Now if you could get practice going forward......there’s more of us at risk when you’re driving forward you know.

Usually Sweetwater IPA. I'm not a whiskey or any other liquor person.

Don't drink often - rarely more than twice a week, and then usually only one - but when I do it is one of these two.
Old Overholt is one of the cheapest ryes you can get but to me it tastes just as good or better than the expensive stuff. A plus for this time of year is that a shot goes great in a glass of eggnog.

SPACE DUST!!! It's sold all over. If you can get Lucille or Bodhizafa from Georgetown Breweries, The Best.

I love IPA but it's so strong -etoh- wise.

Now you are talking. I wish I could. Only about 6 times a year now.

Local beer called Firehouse Trucker IPA. Resident purchased an old firehouse here in town and brews some rather tasty beers.
Also enjoy good bourbon my go to is Jim Beam Black, last night I had a some of both.

Oh how I love whiskey. I am one of Instant A$$hole, Just Add Alcohol club member. So my days of enjoying have been long over. I will get my eggnog though. DH make killer homemade eggnog.

I drink water. I did all the adult beverage damage to my organs when I was young and stupid.
