DW is a teacher retiring in 5 years, I sit behind a computer and build spreadsheets and crunch numbers all day. No wonder we both like to get outta' dodge and go camping. Nice part is I can work from anywhere I can get a cell signal for my little MiFi modem.

I'm an electrician and I enjoy handing out electrical advice here. We do everything electrical including service, residential, commercial, industrial, data, tv, cell phone boosters, audio/video, excavation, and aerial work. Alot of our work is agricultural involving irrigation systems and grain handling facilities. Maybe someday I'll be able to hit the competition BBQ circuit full time but for now its a few weekends in the summer and camping as much as we can in between.

My husband and I own a custom furniture manufacturer and In-Home repair service. We try to work 4 10 hour days so as soon as the kids get out on Friday, we can hit the road!

I am a retired mechanic (auto) and now a Sr Systems Engineer for Dell
(been in IT the last 22 years). Wife is a homemaker. I work remote, so, my office is either in the house (S&B), or the RV (even in the back yard, like now when the house if full of grandkids). And... best of all, we can go camping pretty much anywhere, anytime and I still can do my job, get paid and be on vacation.

Most work can be done wherever I get internet and phone service. The MH will let me take the DW and my work on extended trips that are work and pleasure and visiting the kids that are now from coast to coast.

Pay for it all by spending my kids/grandkids/greatgrandkids inheritance. (If I run out of money, they've got plenty to keep us away from their door!

X2

When our kids ask (joking I hope) "what are you leaving us", we respond (not joking) "Whatever is left".

We tell our 2 boys exactly the same thing, "Whatever is left and we are enjoying pissing away your inheritance. Hopefully we won't have to mortgage the house, trailer, car & truck."

The way I look at it is "Iworked for it, I earned it, therefore I can spend it anyway I want"
