37 years as a Registered Nurse, in ER and OR--now working on the computer end of nursing. Still have 6 years to go before retiring! But new TT is part of that retirement dream--maybe it will be paid for before I start collecting SS!

Stupid me, I spent most of my career repairing saw mill machinery until the economy tanked in 2009. Since then, mostly unemployed and maintenance mechanic in a machine shop.

Raised in a weekly newspaper and print shop. Did that for a few years. At 23 (at brothers encouragement) got into power industry. Did that for just 42 years, then retired, son and grandson's now climb the poles and turn the lights back on after the storms. Wife worked her tail off at home, (actually worked harder than me, most of the time), she was "just a housewife". Now that we are retired, we are working more than we did in our "working" years. Oh well!!!
