I was a Federal Auditor. NO NO, I did NOT work for the IRS!!!!

Post Federal Retirement, I did some substitute teaching in high schools and had fun.

Now, I just volunteer in my RV.

JJ only, my cat went to Rainbow Bridge July 2015

I love my Sunseeker, when I'm on a trip I don't wanna go home!!!"

Total days camping each year: AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

My wife is Active Duty, in the Navy.

I spent 10 years on Active Duty in the Marine Corps, and now am in the Marine Corps Reserve. I'm also currently a Federal Civil Servant who teaches young Marines how to kill our nations enemies with Close Air Support. I love the people I work with, and the job - but even better is that during our 6 classes we teach a year, I camp for the last week - during our Live Fire exercise, since the RV park on base is 7 minutes from the OP!

I worked as a tech rep/service manager/owner on various copiers/mimeos/duplicators/fax/computers for over 25 years. Then worked on Hoveround powerchairs for 6 years. I also served as a volunteer firefighter for over 32 years serving my last year (2009) as a fire chief for a local department until my health issues got in the way and doctors told me to quit or I wouldn't make it much longer. I was in the USMC back in 1965-1968, nat'l guard also in 1972-1976 & NC Nat'l guard for 1 year in 1985.

I have worked all my life in the IT industry...started as a card punch operator in the early 70's and became a computer programmer before there were college degrees. :-) Currently, I support legacy systems (computer programs that were written 20 years ago) and am waiting for my job to end and hopefully a decent severance. I am a couple of years too young to take early retirement, but many years too old to find another job.

My partner in crime retired this year from his job of 33 years as a COBOL programmer.

Looking forward to roaming around spending our children's inheritance.
Let's Motor!!!

I currently work a GM/ Toyota group of dealerships in their collision center as mechanic and body tech.

Started in construction at 14, joined Army Reserves at 17 as a 51tango- design management, technical engineer.
-Worked contruction on civilian side for a couple years and then auto insurance adjuster while going to OSU, then into body shops(better money than people think).
-Started a heavy equipment construction company in '07, but '08 really hurt so its been moving slow.
-Been farming/ranching since I was a kid. Started a ag based trucking company mid '11 and hauled and sold many, many tons of hay to here in central OK, since the drought was so bad.
-hoping can make some money on calves if my wheat comes up!

I am a Signal maintainer for a class one railroad which just means my job is to make sure everything with wires or electronics stays working and is tested per the great FRA standards. The DW is RN in the OB department of the local hospital.
