I'd buy Forest River and all it's subsidiaries. Not being leveraged to the hilt by creditors would allow me to hire the finest and most passionate talent worldwide to pump out a product second-to-none.

That would be nice, but don't know if $1.3 billion would be enough to buy them outright:

Berkshire Hathaway paid 800 million for them in 2005, and they have grown considerably since then.
