How do you like it? I currently am using a Ranch adapter. No cushion, nothing so I feel every jolt. What is the weight capability for this?

I believe it is rated to 16k, I love it, smooth, it was a tough decision for us on what to buy as we had a ball in our truck. Glad I went with it. Just food for thought, it is no longer a fifth wheel so safety chains are needed, required in most states. As far as jolts you speak of, it takes a pretty nasty bridge joint to shake things up, but it smoothes out very quick. This is also the only goose neck adapter that doesn't void the frame warranty, per Lippert.

I guess the most useful mod would have to be the handrail I made for TOWTA and real close behind it would be the awning poles as we always deploy the awning. Those 2 mods are the most beneficial to us.

#1 Solar System 6 x 100 watt panels and 50 amp controller.
#2 Removed the 80mm fan on the rear of the refrigerator and installed two "quiet" 120mm fans. Huge difference in noise and cooling.
#3 Larger water pump.
#4 Two additional 125 amp hr batteries and vent fan.
#5 5000 watt Inverter
#6 Converted fake vents over and under bedroom TV to linen cabinet [upper vent] and liquor cabinet [lower vent].
#7 Two wall mounted rotating fans in bedroom. [White noise for DW and moving air for me].
#8 Five inch PVC tubing in rear outside locker to store extra sewer hoses.
#9 Lexan panels between roof and awning to keep out rain under awning.
#10 Got rid of jack and jack stands for a roll on wedge for changing flats.
#11 Three "Scare Lights".
#12 Digital temp gauge with on/off toggle switch on refrigerator for both refrigerator and freezer so I don't have to open doors to check temps.

One more question. What is the weight of your camper and tongue weight? I'm a little over 14,000 lbs I'm told when looking at hitch systems that I should go with 20k. Seems like over kill to me. I would think the 16k would be sufficient. Can you please shed any light on this?
