How many shut the refrigerator off while re-fueling?

Selected YES as we used to keep it off or shut it off when filling.... But now we have a residential and of course don't worry about it.

Being that we have a 5th wheel where there is 19.7 feet between the fuel input and the refrigerator, I feel very safe about running with the refrigerator on without imposing any safety hazard to myself or any other person.

Our size also prevents the refrigerator from being close to other pumps, for multiple reasons, removing the hazard from other people.

When refueling a smaller RV, a class C or any RV where the fuel input and the refrigerator are within a few feet, sure turn the refrigerator off. Much faster to reach the refrigerator in a class B or class C than going to the steps of getting in a 5th wheel.

Gee, even in our TT, the fridge is about 25' from the pump, since it's in the rear. Of course, it's closer to other vehicles being fueled!

From de-winterize till winterize the reefers stay on, unless I'm cleaning them out.
- I'm not that paranoid about it causing a problem

We travel with the fridge off. Have travelled for up to 9 hrs with no issues with the fridge staying cool, and the ice cream staying frozen.

Our last trailer was a TT. Refrigerator about 14 feet away on the opposite side. Never worried about fuel with that trailer either.
