I'm naturally a night owl. I worked 12 hrs night shifts for almost 10 yrs and then I did rotating day and night 12 hrs shifts for almost 2 yrs. Even though I switched to all 8 hrs Dayshifts in 2010, my body still wants to be up at night.

I fall asleep on the couch a lot so when I finally do go to bed I have a heck of a time getting to sleep so I'll get on my iPad and surf. If I don't sleep on the couch and hit the hay around midnight then I'll sleep right through. Tonight was a fall asleep on the couch night!!

I too wake early with the Sun and allergies this time of year. CPAP just stops being able to do its job. I check into this forum and see what is happening. I am also On Call for radio stations/ IT Departments etc . Have been since 1979 so i do get calls in the middle of the night.

I was looking at the times again, and when I post, that's what time it is here. I think there is a setting on the UCP to adjust what time zone you're in. Like your post Brian, just showed up 05:40, even though you posted it at 06:40.
