kool1756, thanks but I had the trailer back with my dealer and they've corrected my issues. I've also been on the reese site.

I just got a identical trailer like yours with the 1200 lb bars. I got it in Michigan and hauled it back to Edmonton with no issues. Maybe the hitch needs to be adjusted. The dealer set it to the fourth link with three hanging. i dropped it down to the third to level it off as it was high in the front.
