Lippert techs at Goshen were mounting the arms forward like this.
I put a wood strip so the tire would snug up.

I cut the front edge of the bracket so the arms would clear it. The wood strip is to support the tire to lay straight.
I needed to move the winch back a few inches. I had no place to attach the last hole on the winch so I added 6"x18" plate to the floor of the front...

The brackets bolted into predrilled holes on the floor of front compartment on my Wildcat.
The location that Lippert suggested to attach the rear arms.  But the cross member is weak and no clearance for the arms.
