New replacement latch from Forest River

The broken original latch

The "paddle" handle, inside latch release, that broke after a few uses.

How the original latch looked. It is plastic and didn't last long.

Two sets of wheel chocks (1 set for each side) I made with 2 small load binders, 2 short pcs. of threaded rod, 2 eye bolts, 10 nuts, 8 washers, 2...

Very easy to make and works good

Cost about $12 for the stand
