Our 2016 R-Pod M178, with Jensen AWM968; when playing a dvd movie it does not play in color only black and white...

How do i post a question regarding our rv? The site is not so user friendly in this pursuit.
The question is (2016 R-Pod M178) water heater switch showed a "DSI fault" light on and water did not fire up. We are plugged i to shore.power. What is this switch? DSI stands for what? The user manuals did not describe or define this.
thank you for any info.
