I just purchased a 2018 Dynamax Isata 4 25FW. Beautiful class c! The keychain has a rubber Dynamax with what looks like a memory stick, however, it is too wide to fit in a USB port and the used Rv dealer did not know the answer. Can you tell me what it is for? Also, is there an on board water filter and if so, how do I access it?

We purchased a new 2017 Force HD in October 2018. The theater seating has a problem that won't allow one seat foot rest to close from a seated position. It hangs up. When we investigated we see that it is a question of the closing mechanism hitting the metal of the frame. We live in upstate SC and purchased the unit in MA. We were led to believe that having warranty work done locally would be easy. We cannot find anyone locally that will work on our unit within the next two months. Additionally, we have a slide awning that is ripped and that slide appears to extend unevenly. One of the bunk DVD units never worked. Can you provide any assistance with this? Also, who manufactures the theater seats and do they provide service or replacement?

    Hi Brian,
Thanks for all you do. I have a I5 30FW on the line now. It’s great seeing the progress.
I have one concern. My name is posted as “Lannettoni” its actually Louis Iannettoni but
I go by Jim. I really do not care about the posting but do not want any important paperwork to get done in error. Thanks Jim

    Brian, First, Happy New Year!

I have been having intermittent problems with the Auqahot diesel burner button just randomly turning itself off (I posted a thread about it and one user stated he had the same problem and is was a bad module). It is now happening more often and almost froze us this Christmas when it turned off in the middle of the night at Big Bend park in the low 30s. It starts working fine for a while if you reset it so the burner itself seems OK. Anyway the reason for long winded note is to say that the only place I can find that works on it is 200 miles away (Motor Home Specialist) There is an AquaHot certified mobile service (Lester Ems, Mobile Service), but I will have to pay them upfront for diagnosis and repair and then get re-embused by you guys. I don't mind doing it to save a 400 mile trip, but wanted to get your approval first.

Brian, I need to replace the house batteries on a 16 DX3 BH. The current batteries are East Penn Intimidators. I am curious if these are OEM? And, if so, are you still using those or have you found something better? Thanks! And ... thanks for all you do on this forum. Your efforts here had a lot to do with my buying Dynamax. Mike

    Hey Brian,
What is turn around time on ordering a 2019 XL 37BH? Also, why on the Dynamax website, the DX3 and the XL both have listed the same engine but the XL lists 100 more HP 25% more torque. How can the same engine have different ratings?
Thanks and have a great day.

My inverter has failed. It is the Xantrex Freedom SW Inverter/Charger. Model number 815-2012. Serial number B13102420. The fault code is F85, powerboard over temperature. I've contacted Schneider Electric and they told me to disconnect all power for at least 48 hours. I've done this and the fault remains and the inverter is inoperable in stand-alone and/or with shore power. I am wondering if there is a warranty or how to get this repaired.

BClemens: My Isata 5 VIN is 3C7WRMDL2GG156416. Please advise on how to get this taken care of.

    Thank you,
    Shawn Bradshaw

No Tail, Brake or Turn in rear 2018 Isata 3 This is the exact problem as mr300fc (Tail Light Fuse on Isata 3)had in Jan 2018. He found fuse under fuse block under driver's seat. I can't find said fuse. I did find a fuse under RV near rear, but it was good. Any ideas?
