Thanks for the info, DaGrinch. We just bought a used 2012 Armada over the weekend. We also recently bought our first travel trailer, a 2016 Cherokee Grey Wolf 26BH. The weights are about 4500lbs dry and 7000lbs gross. I pulled it home 150 miles with our old 99 Dodge Durango. It struggled up hills but I was able to keep it over 65 on flat, straight roads. I'm sure the Armada will do much better. Our Armada does not have the tow package and is only rated to tow 6500lbs, but we bought it anyway because it was a really good deal. The only difference between the ones with or without the towing package is the hitch, 7-pin wiring harness, and the transmission cooler. I had the Nissan dealership where we bought it verify this before I would close the deal. I can install all of these myself for about $250.
    Thanks again!

I was reading a comment you made to someone's question and I noticed that you have a 2012 Nissan Armada that you use to pull a decent-sized trailer. We are seriously considering buying an Armada to use as our tow vehicle. How is it working for you?
