Hi Garbonz, I saw your comment about the Battle Born Lithium batteries. If you have them, does it require a Converter replacement. I currently have a PD4060 on my Isata 3. Mike
I have noticed that also, and have solved it by getting a bladder tank and a cheap surplus 12volt pump and just pumping water from the bladder into the tank.
There is some internal resistant that prevents the low pressure gravity filling of the tank.
Garbonz. A question from a Colorado Springs RV camper. On our Forest River Hyperlite there are 2 water fill ports. One says 'city water' the other says 'fresh water'. According to the rv manual the 'fresh water' port is supposed to be gravity fill. But it won't. There is a threaded connector for both ports, both ports will fill with hose from house water source. But the 'fresh water' port will not take any water from a water bottle---held high up above the port or not. There is a small screen filter just inside the connection. How do I get this to gravity fill like our last several trailers. We want to 'dry camp' with it.
Garbonz, question for you. I purchased a used 2012 VCross 27ft. MY hot water heater is not working on electric but it does on gas. Idea? Something easy for a beginner to check? Also there a switch in the outside compartment where water is has access. when I picked it up it was set to on and the trailer was winterized. I installed rod back into water heater turned by pass valve off and filled water tank then cleared lines of RV antifreeze and tested for hot water. Electric was still cold Gas was OK.
