Joe, RV warranties usually are not transferrable. When they are, there is usually a transfer fee. If the warranty was not transferred to you, you probably do not have it.
Regarding the 12 year warranty on the rubber roof, if you actually have it as the second owner, it is most likely a pro-rated warranty. If your roof goes bad in year 11, the warranty will pay for 1/12th the replacement cost, which the last time I checked was $100 per running foot. Best thing to do is keep the roof out of the sun as much as possible and check it semi-annually for leaks.
