I'm looking at purchasing a setup just about the same as yours, except a 2015 (F-150, 4x4, with Max towing, but no FX), SuperCab 8' bed. My question is, a rep from Rockwood told be the overhang on the 8289WS measured 59" from the bottom of the overhang to the ground, and the Ford F-150 Towing Guide says that tailgate heights from the ground to top of closed tailgate is 56-60". Did you find you have enough clearance with your setup? If you get a change, could you tell me your measurement for the two? Thank you for your time! Linda
