Don't know about the lemon law where you live but you might want to check into it. The leak however must be fixed as the TT is under warrenty. I don't believe it is a stall tactic and I would really push the dealer. a phone call every other day is not out of order.
Recently purchased a new sv291 we love our new tt however it has a leak in the lower part of the slide-out. I was wondering as my trailer is only 3 weeks old can the dealer take it back and issue me a new one as this one hasn't been used yet. The reason being it has already been in the shop for repair , but it still leaks. The dealers say's they're in contact with Forest River about the problem and are waiting for a reply from them. Is there a 30 day return policy? and is this a type of stall tatic to unload a problem trailer? I would appreciate any feedback, Thank-you.
