The Girard tankless heater has had comments all over the place. ( from good to less than good.) Well there is a upgrade available. We have had it for a few months now and the only way to describe it is wonderful. You can mix hot and cold and it will maintain to the degree you set it. It does not matter if the incoming water is north cold or south warm ,works perfect. Teenage long showers no problem. This unit will replace the tank heater in my opinion. The new up grade is GSWH-1M . This unit exceeds my home unit and any RV unit I have used. If you have any questions please call me (817 690 8797). Milton Bradley
