I went with the firman 3300/3000 dual fuel. Runs the ac fine, and I modified it (easy with a couple fittings and 20’ hose) to be able to run off the bbq port on the trailer. Works a treat. It is a little on the heavy side, but I manage. If I had to do it over again, and money was not an issue? (no longer employed, at least for now….) I would experiment with a smaller generator like the Honda 2200, add a propane conversion, and a microair soft start on the ac. But this is working okay, and we try to camp where/when ac is not needed, don’t hole up in the trailer anyways.
Hi.... I read the thread... some nice mods there. Thanks. I should post mine there too. Yes the 2104S 2018 is a bit small. Be nice to have a bigger kitchen area and outside storage. My biggest and best mod was 2 solar panels on the roof and changed to 2 x 6 v batteries. I want to create a water filtration system whereby I can drop a hose into any river/lake and suck it up. I want to improve its boondocking abilities. But another 5-6 feet would be ideal. Do you have a picture of your counter top extension ? Thanks, Myron
Hi. Its a good little trailer. After 5 trips we are realizing how small it is, but hopefully we can stick with our plan to keep it 5-10 years. Of course the wife has not stopped looking at larger +28' trailers....
I've made some basic mods. they are mostly shown in this thread:

I have other mods like a counter top extensions, kick plate heaater, or under floor heat that I hope to do some day. Our next trip is in a few weeks so as we are sitting in the trailer I'll see what ideas of mine the wide likes.
