Hi RVers!
It seems I have the wrong Antenna and Manual with our new RV. The Manual Provided in Dealer Package Says "Air 360 Omni Directional TV/AM/FM Antenna", but here are no directions in the Manual for “Connecting with a Winegard data plan or swapping SIM card with other carriers, inconsistent with the card on the inside switch which tells all about the Winegard ConnectT 2.0
The Black Antenna on Roof Says, Air 360, no port for a sim card, again not what the card says.
Inside Wall Switch Connect T-but there is no “On Light”
Decal on Outside says “This RV is Pre-wired for Winegard Connect T 2.0, WiFi Extenders and 4G LTE WiFi Extenders and the decal on the roof beside the Antenna says “Prewired with unique cable for Connect T 2.0 WiFi Extenders and 4G LTE Extenders".
Do you think a substandard antenna was installed? Is this a dealer issue or a Forest River problem, since we are still under warrantee?
