Take the longway home

Need help with propane issue . No propane to any appliances stove , hot water tank , heater , refrigerator . The hot water tank try's to ignite but after a few seconds flame goes out and won't stay lit . Flame seems to be low and yellow not blue as it should be . Stove will ignite also but after a few seconds goes out . Same with refrigerator and heater.
I was thinking it was a regulator problem ,so I replaced it , making no difference
Has anyone had similar problem with their propane system . Would appreciated , Thank You in advance for the help.
