I wish you well. I bet you are enjoying retirement. I plan on retiring in 5 years 6 months ( but who is counting lol ), but the wife has ten years after I retire to work. I married younger. Lol
Our plan so far is to live summers up in Wisconsin and winters perhaps in Florida.
I agree, snow isn't so bad but cold wind chills isn't the greatest.
Well good luck on your sale. Someone will come around. It's nice when you don't have any pressure to get it done. ENJOY YOUR RETIREMENT !

Hi, I noticed you are selling your Sabre and then posted about NADA.
I didn't want to post for everyone to see but the middle of the summer last year I went to negotiate the trade in of my Sabre like yours (2012 though) and the dealer quoted me only $20,000!! Needless to say I was completely insulted with such a low ball figure I walked out. I was negotiating to trade it in for an Alpine 3536re which was offered to me at $58,000 minus the trade in...

The dealer didn't care less that I upgraded things and had brand new Maaxis tires put on. Didn't factor anything into the value. Not sure what publication he was using.

I know you are doing private seller so of course you should get more. Just thought I'd tell you my experience with dealer trade in for our nearly exact trailers. I ended up just keeping mine for now and instead remodeling my basement.

Good luck with your sale and enjoy your summer!

My wife and I were contemplating a trip to the Sister Bay area this summer but have settled on another trip instead. I rode my motorcycle through there a couple summers ago but didn't stay long enough to look around. Can you recommend things to see and do in Wisconsin? I would like to get up there with the camper sometime but I don't really know much about Wisconsin.

    Thanks.

Hi Wiscampsin, I noticed your stabilizers on your 5th wheel's jacks. Are they the "JT Stabilizers" or a different brand? I have been wondering if they work well and how hard it is to install. I appreciate your time if you could please give me a little info on yours. I have the same 5th wheel as you so you could help me the most with your review. Thanks again for your time!

    Pete,
Glad you enjoyed looking at my pics and mods. The Oxygenics is a big improvement over the original shower head.

Thanks for all the good pics of mods to your rig. Good job.
Do you like your oxygenics for the shower? Been wondering if they really work well....
