I recently posted a request for generator issues, but got “Zero” responses. I have an ONAN 5500, in a FR Toyhauler that would not stay running. ONAN dealer recommended new filter and fuel pump. I explained that with air nor Mighty Vac I could not pull gas from tank. Still advice was replace pump, which I did with filter: Did not solve the problem. So, I started at the tank. While removing the gas hose clamp I had gas run down my arm. I thought that was strange because the clamp wasn’t lose enough and it was right on top of the tank. Upon further investigation I found the hose was cut nearly in half, right above the tank. There is a hose hanging clamp on under carriage that supports the hose. This clamp is rubber coated to prevent the hose from getting cut, but my typical luck the clamp had a tiny spot with no rubber leaving a sharp edge allowing the hose to rub and cut through it:-( I repaired with a line splice kit from Autozone—Generator running great once again

I have a 2018 fr vengeance toy hauler. Generator pump not pulling gas from tank located under rear of unit. I tried using aa mytivac to draw fuel, no luck. Any ideas short of pulling the tank (full 25 gallons)?

Sorry, I was headed out and did not get to reply before leaving and did not have internet where we were camped.

Not sure about the solenoid, think it was what looked like the "relay" that couples the engine and house batteries when one or the other needs juice from the other.

My Ultra lite trailer (9,000 lbs loaded) was supposed to be towable by a 150/1500 pickup. Not really, I could not find such a truck, so got a 2500. I think the Ultralite was indeed designed for a 150/1500 because it sat way nose-high. Dexter did not make a lift kit for this particular model so I made my own. I bolted 2" x 3" steel tube between the axle (torsion bar type) saddle and the mount on the trailer. Lifting the trailer 3" at the wheels raised it 6" at the rear end. Not level but only an inch off of level.

Electrical nightmares on 2018 FR Vengeance TH. No wiring diagrams. Last Fall we had inverter, battery, and electronic transfer switch all replaced; because, when you turned on main breaker power dropped to zero on Main Breaker. We have not used the unit since being replaced. Now none of the outlet receptacles throughout the coach are not working. I have 114 VAC on input to the breakers, but when I switch on the GFCI Breaker input voltage drops to zero, everything else is working correctly. I did see the Aux Fuel Pump fuse blow when I turned on the Main Breaker. Is it possible the 12 VDC pump could be causing the 110 VAC receptacles? The breakers in central Panel Are not GFCI types. Electric Breakers don’t work like residential ones; because, the on some circuits, when I turn the breaker on, the input power drops to zero VAC. Normally Power comes from buss bar from Main Breaker, when a breaker is switched to on it sends voltage to load or receptacle/s on the circuits.
