Exterior Speakers Too Low

I just purchased a used 2013 Flaggstaff with a Genesis GT-3.0 Stereo System my question is does anyone know what I can do to make the exterior speakers loader as we need to blast the interior so we can hear the speakers on the outside as they are really low. I tried 100 watt speaker in it's place but the volume was the same. We need to totally shut interior speakers and turn the volume way up to hear the exterior speakers. I am new to this Forum and I thank all who try to help.

You may already have this manual (https://pdf.crutchfieldonline.com/Im...04/804GT30.PDF) It indicates that you can have several different zones. It could be that you system is not wired correctly, mine was not, although I have a different system. Also my antenna was not grounded and had very poor radio reception. I ran a ground wire and it improved.

Thanks I do have a 3 zone speaker system the living room/kitchen and the bedroom have very good volume but not the exterior. I will check wiring and also try changing zones to see if that makes a difference. I also want to thank you for the antenna advice my radio almost doesn't play at all very bad reception so we just listen to CD's but that gets old. Thanks again for the advice.
