Lack of water flow in basin in 24R
I have just bought a 2013 Solera 24R. Running through the basics, before heading out, I discovered that there is no water flow in the hand basin. When the previous owner demonstrated it to me, it worked fine.

All other water sources (shower, toilet, kitchen faucet) work well and the water pump kicks inwhen using the fresh water tank. I have hooked up the external water hose to try to blast any airlock that may be involved, but this did not work , either, but all the other systems did.

How can just one system go down, and all the others be OK- and the system fails suddenly? The previous owner could shed not light on this.

I have manualled this to death, and have run out of things to try, and it just doesn't seem to make sense. I am a newbie RV and the learning curve is steep, though pleasurable, but this has me flummoxed.

All suggestions appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestions. But Dumbo here doesnt know where this screen/aerator is, and, more info, both the hot and cold taps wont run. Does this change things?

This slow mind needs more great minds' help.

Right where the water leaves the faucet, you should be able to unscrew (counter clockwise) the end. There, is where you will find the areator (faucet part name) that has a screen. We're all guessing you sucked up some particles and they are lodged in the screen, thus not allowing the water to flow out the faucet.

The water faucet aerator screen is inside, just unscrew it right to left
(yours) you can see the screen and there is no need to take it apart.

I guess you do not have water running on the ground or some place else that would indicate a broken line or fitting so I would look for a valve that needs to be turned on.

Common issue. They cut the plastic piping and not all debris gets cleaned out. That debris ends up in the sink screens.

Thanks to all of you- it was exactly as you said. The MH is only 6 months old, and hasnt been used much, so there was some thin plastic lining which was clogging the filter holes.

I have had it clogging the water going to the toilet on my 24S too. There is a screen there but a pain to get to:mad:
I've had to clean out the line at the toilet three times from all the white plastic debris clogging the line and the last time I just removed the whole toilet and it was a bit easier instead of worrying about cross threading the tight coupler nut.
