Clear seam sealer?

Hey all. Have a question, We purchased a hw276 last spring, brand new, and see some small cracks forming in the clear seam sealer. Do they make a clear sealer to go over these cracks or do we have to use the white I've seen in all the YouTube videos? Like to keep it looking factory if possible and is it normal for cracks to form that soon? Obvious newbie here. Thanks in advance to whom ever replies to this.

Gljurczyk unfortunately i dont have any pics. Trying to plan for the spring when i get it ready. The seams are on the roof where the corners round over. They use the same sealer throughout the exterior but noticed the small cracking on the roof. May have to wait until i uncover it maybe so i can post pictures.

Probably Dicor from CW depends what the material is. You can get self leveling or the caulk type or use esterbond tape.

Roof Seam sealants

Has anyone had any experience with using silicone clear sealant to waterproof roof seams?

Have always been told to NOT use silicone on seams.

What about that flexi-spray stuff? You know that stuff that seals screen doors so they can be used on the bottom of boats.

You're on you own there! I'd use Eternabond.

If you have the pebble style roof, which some popups have, don't use eternabond. I wrote them last year and they suggested that it should only be used on smooth surfaces. Won't bond correctly adhere due to the rough surface. That's from eternabond, not me.

I used GE silicone sealant for an emergency sealing last year in MT; all I could find. It worked, but that stuff is not UV friendly and I just peeled it off a week or two ago. It had totally hardened and started to peel upward at the edges, Remained water tight, but not for long.

I replaced with Geoflex RV on the fantastic vent cover and Dicor on all other sealant areas. But used white; not sure if they have clear or not.

As for Flexseal, consumers reports didn't give it a very good rating.

That clear sealant is Geocel 2300 in clear. You can buy it online in many places. Do you have a cover on your camper?
