2017 - Mine is also under cover. When not in use it’s under roof in a 60’ stall closed in on both side.
As I mentioned the rubber seal has totally deteriorated and turned to mush.

Have a 2016 369xl. Several months ago replaced my house batteries. My RV dealer recommended that I replace my 4 12v with 4 6v. I did and all has worked well.
