Stuck Grey Tank Drain Handle

MY front grey tank handle won't budge and the tank is 3/4 full. Anybody know where the dump valve is on the VGF381L12-6? Is see one valve just in front of the front door but there's a 3" pipe to it...

Found it

The water pump is behind a carpeted panel in the storage bay behind the hookups panel. The panel is held in place by 6 screws. Turns out the pump blew a 10 amp fuse. The fuse is next to the pump....
