Just replaced the Michelins at a little over 5 yrs and 24000 mi. They showed little tread wear, but were beginning to show quite a bit of sidewall cracking. Replaced them with Toyos.

Not sure about 2008, but my 2011 seems to work fine as long as plugged in to shore power when slides are activated. To lower or raise jacks I need to have parking brake set and engine running.

Also check the slide out hydraulic rams, if you have them. There should be an inch or so free play between the adjuster nuts, but the outer nut should be tight against the bracket when the slides...
