Just posting this to agree with 5Picker about the power actuated valves. They would be cheaper than redoing the plumbing and they are a life saver for someone that has knee problems.

Is this the same unit as the one you replaced? If so, then it should have the same control box. Even if it doesn't then the control box from the old unit should have been swapped to the new unit.
