Thanks to all for your replies. I have them cranked down so tight I just about need a cheater bar to get them operate. I haven't actually measured the gap between the tires but it is tiny.

The tires are so close together on our 2012 34REQS-6 that my X-Chocks will not slip in between. Does anyone know of another chocking system that adds stabilization and will work with our camper.

Oh and the backer board. Nothing was mentioned about that. They told us the design was to put the TV on the chest of drawers. That's working good for us. We're really enjoying ours.

When we bought our new REQS, we were told that the "6" designates a true all metal frame: front, back, 2 sides, top, and bottom. Apparently, some build metal construction but with a wood top.

Me too. Took delivery on our 2012 34REQS-6 last Tuesday. Out of the six locks on the three slam-latch doors, four of them are difficult to work.
