Dashboard heat/AC only blows through defroster

Hi, This is a 2005 Georgetown on the Ford chassis. The heat/AC only blows through the defrosters, it won't switch to vents or floor. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

I have the Lippert hydraulic system that runs the slide room and jacks on my '05 Gerogetown. The Slide room works and the jacks only retract with emergency retract. Jacks do not operate up or down...
