I like the flexibility. Since we started RVing in 1998, we've towed four cars on a dolly. To flat tow would have cost 4X as much one dolly.

We had a similar situation We assigned the issue to the dealer and the insurance company just paid them. The dealer was even kind enough to waive the deductible, but I doubt that's the norm.
