Fuses are all good - I am thinking it was something the RV guy didn't do when he changed the converter - the green LP light was working with a dead battery when only connected to the battery and ever...

The battery is hooked up correctly and all fuses...

The battery is hooked up correctly and all fuses are okay - we tested the ends of the battery cables when hooked up to shore power and confirmed there is current all the way to the ends, just nothing...

When hooked up with battery - no 12 volt accessories work...

When I am hooked up to shore power all my 12 volt etc accessories work. I just bought a brand new Deep Cycle battery and took my PUP out for a drycamping weekend and could not get the 12 volt lights...

Yes we do have 120 when hooked up to shore power. I am not sure what you mean by "confirm the ac is hot to the converter inlet".

I only see the two breakers on the front of the converter and 4 fuses.........not sure if there is anything elsewhere
