Try switching the connections where they come into the camper. I have a 19 36bhq and mine are labeled wrong SAT is actually cable and Cable is SAT.

No axle flip, the bracket that holds the spring that should be at the highest position was flipped and was in the down position. Causing the spring to be flat.

They sent you 1350lb springs and you have 3500lb axles? Maybe I don't understand how the springs carry the weight. Maybe ask them how that is supposed to work.

Agreed, those need to be replaced. They are not very expensive and I would replace all four. Go to a trailer repair place, not the dealer, unless you are still under warranty.

Take a picture of your leaf springs and post it. Sounds like your bracket has flipped. Same happen to me cause the leaf spring to break.
