Yeah, but that is plugging the bottom end of the drain path.

In my way of looking at it, stopping the water from getting in above the screws is the issue.

The leak test showed one leak. The roof corner where the front cap seam and side seam meet. Where water dams up. The Dicor does not look bad at all, there is nothing visible to indicate a problem....

It's not the vent tube. It's the fill tube running uphill from the fill opening. Like others, we use a 2 or 3 foot section of water fill hose, and push it most of the way in.
