I have the KW1 and i twisted the canister on and off with no tool. Quite easy to do and it seems like it locks tight too.

Key broke :(

CCP key broke off the exterior cubby hole.

Its a 2014 Flagstaff 831BHDS.

My question is, 1 how do I get a new key and 2 anyone use the combo type lock, and if you do what size 1 1/8, 5/8 or 7/8...

I own a new 2014, who else has one??


As of today I have three minor challenges all warranty covered.

1. Oven fan light dead
2. Pull out stove outside hinges broke off.
3. Toilet bowl leak.
