Hello to everyone. I have 2017 Legacy 38FB. I found some dry rot in the slide out under the residential refrigerator. It turned out the the line entering the refrigerator was not properly installed....

dblr, sorry for the late reply as I have been traveling. Some how, the battery switch had gotten turned off. When I turned it on, the cord reel worked! Thanks everyone for the replies.
