It also depends on where in Canada folks are coming...

You may want to search for syncing remote. I know others have had same issue after changing batteries.

The GVWR is 16,525 for the 36CK2 and 18,000 for the 38CK2. You are looking at dry weights. All of the 38XXX units have an 18,000 lb GVWR and 8,000 lb axels.
