The exterior 'skin' is made of stucco embossed aluminum, so the texture is normal. Yours is probably fiberglass which is a very smooth finish.

We purchased a 2560G last year and had the same issue with the rear bumper. We took it back to dealer, 2 months later we got it back and still had to do some welding ourselves to get it completely...
