Do those of you with 40 foot fifth wheels have trouble finding campgrounds that will allow the big campers? I have heard anything over 38 feet is a problem.

38FB2 Cedar Creek vs Riverstone

I see the new Riverstone has the same 38FB2 floor plan as the Ceder Creek 38FB2. I read the literature that is available on the website without much luck. Does anyone know what the differences are?

Question about buying for fulltiming

Recently I was told that if I sell my house first and then buy an RV for fulltiming it is unlikely to get financing do to lack of a permanent address.

Has anyone had this issue?

I too have settled on getting the 38FB2. Although the selling point for me was the second bathroom. As soon as my house sells I will find the best price. Good luck.

Funny you say that. The 38RD was in the top two and the washer and dryer location was the selling point. But what tipped my final decision was the 1/2 bath in the 38FB2.
