Problem solved.

It turned out to be my battery terminal and cables had a very minor amount of corrosion. I cleaned them off really good and everything worked fine.

I have not taken it back to the shop yet, but have used it a couple time again with no problems. It seems to be sporadic when it happens with no obvious common cause of condition.
