As previous stated the tool is used to set the limit switch for up and down. I believe it is a pre package with every camper. My unit came with a power winch 1200 lbs capacity. More information...

We just purchased a new 2015 Flagstaff 206 LTD popup tent camper and are having the same problem with the door lock?? Is it a product failure.
