Propane Tank Covers

My 2020 Rockwood 2608BS has 40lb propane tanks. Where on earth can I find a dual hard cover. I can only find 30lb max dual tank cover. Any help would be appreciated.

Equalizer sway bars

The L Bracket is bolted to the Outside Link Plate. My concern is I thought the sway bar should be parallel to the trailer frame. It looks like the L bracket sits too high?
