That is what I have done took the front and divided by 2 and took the rear and divided them and used the tire chart for Single and dual wheels for the rear.

For my MotorHome it called for SSF-170-40-2 for the front and SSR-170-54-1 for the rear. I purchased them from Suspension Connection they were very helpful and made sure I got the ones I needed....
