You can't go wrong with either Damp rid or Dri Z air products. Just make sure you go in every month or so and check & replace when they are full. This year I tried putting vent covers on the roof...

I agree with no solids in the gray tank and definitely no grease! Personally, I wait until the tanks are mostly full to dump them, I was told it helps to completely empty the tank of whatever solids...
