Light strip under awning

The light strip under our awning of our 2018 Wolfpup 16fq has mostly come off. It was sewn up there. Anyone else had this problem? How did you reattach it?

The 16fq does convert. I cut a foam mattress to the size converted and add that to the cushions to make it a lot more comfortable (according to my grandson).

My husband is tall, too, and had trouble with our bathroom (which is why we upgraded to the 16fq yesterday). This sounds funny, but he got a "Squatty Potty" and could close the door more easily.
